Join us as a donor

The Spaced donor program is centered on our unique identity as a recurring event of context-responsive art that connects regional and remote locations with contemporary art. Our program comprises artist residencies, exhibitions, public and school programs, mentoring, publishing and networking.

Adopt an artist ($5,000+)

$5,000 contributes to supporting an Artist-in-Residency project; from the artist’s travel to Australia or the Nordic region, accommodation and living expenses, materials and production budget, and creation of their work for inclusion major exhibitions.

With thanks:

  • Opportunity to meet one-on-one with the artist;

  • Acknowledgment of your support in promotional material related to that project;

  • Acknowledgment of your support in the exhibition catalogue and on the Spaced website;

Grow regional talent ($1,000)

$1,000 enables us to implement our Regional Mentorship and Education Program in one of the participating communities. This involves the part-time employment of a local resident or young person interested in gaining and/or developing their professional experience in arts management and administration by working closely with the artist-in-residence. Spaced staff work closely with this individual, mentoring them throughout the residency while they work with the artist to assist in the research and development of their work.
